“Nice place not far from the river! Friendly host and safe neighborhood, perfect place to wind down after our work event. The deck was nice to have at nighttime, it was very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.”

“The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!”
