“Quiet. It didn’t feel like a hotel environment. Which is a plus. This place is probably excellent in the summer. Lake 100 feet away. Unfortunately I went in November. ”

“Spacious ground-floor apartment in hosts’ residence with modern, high end amenities and private entrance and spacious private garden in residential neighborhood. Was ideal for our week-long stay visiting nearby family. The host greeted us when we arrived and was fully attentive to our questions and needs, yet non-intrusive. We look forward to rebooking this stay on our next visit to this region. ”

“We went down during Christmas for the parlor tours. I was concerned about the recent flooding, but the shops were open and everything went to plan. The Birds nest made this a perfect stay. It's super clean and located walking distance to the shops. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. This is an excellent place to stay! Thanks!”

“Truly one of the best properties I uave ever stayed at. Parking was a little tight, but overall was fantastic.Extremely up to date everything. The beds are comfortable, the couch was nice, the bathroom was very well done. The entire place looks exactly like the pictures. Any time I am in town for work and this property is open, I will be staying here.”

“Yes, quite so. Only critique of amenities is that the footing on the outdoor path needs to be firmer: stepping tiles felt loose. Also, the parking spot north of the garage was where we were directed to park but it was virtually unusable for our mid-compact car -- hedge needs trimming. However, the host himself told us where could alternately park. He happened to be there but if he had not been it could be confusing.”

“We have nothing but good things to say about our stay! The room was clean and nicely decorated. Our fridge was stocked with water and fresh eggs from the chicken coop near by. There were cookies! It was overall a great experience.”

“This property was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the grandkids we were visiting as well as walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and other businesses. The host is responsive and accommodating. Yes, you can hear the people living upstairs but this did not bother us at all. We hope to stay here again in the future. ”

“I highly recommend this unit in the Green Lake area in Seattle. The location was great, the beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, and the price was reasonable. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries as those were lacking. It was an easy check in and out process, and the host communicated regularly. Bonus that coffee grounds & coffee maker were provided and they allow dogs for a reasonable fee. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!”
