“The cottage was nice and clean. It was in the perfect location for our day trips, and very close to North Rustico. I gave 2 star for listing accuracy, as we thought was on a beach spot and could kayak right from the cottage. This was not the case. There is no direct access to the bay, a staircase to the waterfront is quite ways away. This was a big seeking point to booking this cottage and was a disappointment. “We reserved a 1 bedroom cottage and found it clean, and stocked with clean linens, and kitchen items needed to make simple meals. The cottage seemed new and had a heat pump, covered porch, chairs on the porch, a fire pit with chairs and the location was quiet and full of lovely bird song. We had a lovely stay with perfect weather. I would stay here again when in PEI.”

“We are very happy with our experience at this vacation home. The cabin is cozy with some modern upgrades, such as new windows, heat pump and a nice little bathroom. It is genuinely minutes away from all the sites and beaches (and restaurants!) in the area. We were thrilled with the ability to bring our two small dogs with us. “The picture looks better than the actual. Door was made of planks. Floor shook and gave impression the cabin base was unstable. Porch boards broken. Dishes/cutlery/utensils would not be acceptable at a garage sale. Internet was sporadic. Bathroom was updated and clean - a big plus. Host was gracious in response to our visit cut short by Fiona storm. ”

“We had such a lovely time at the cottage. We arrived late in the evening our first night and was welcomed by an incredible sunset that seemed to go on for hours. We also squealed with delight when we realized that the cottage overlooks the Lake of Shinning Waters!! Great location, great place, great time had by all!”
