“The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. “Homess people at the parking lot approaching cars for cash. Back door to the parking lot is wide open, lock doesn't work, pretty much anyone can access from the parking lot. In the middle of the night - past midnight- shirtless guy knocks on everyone's door one by one begging for food. No staff to reach by phone. I truly felt unsafe and slept in "alert mode" all night. Pool is basic, sauna needs 45 minutes notice to staff to heat up. Gym is basic, there were containers of wet antibacterial...
