“The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. The business center was great, no fuss no change - great for printing our boarding passes. The only thing I don't care for (and is common these days at hotels) is if you stay two nights you don't get housekeeping. So we made our own beds in the morning so that it would be comfortable when we returned in the afternoon. I asked for housekeeping, but it didn't happen. I got some extra coffee from the person with the housekeeping cart. Breakfast...

“The hotel smelled of mildew. Our room was damp everywhere. Then the smell of them trying to cover up the smell was awful. I asked if I could switch rooms and was told they were full. My 20yr daughter was disgusted by the hotel and room as well. If it’s not habitable then they should close until they get things fixed.”
