Questo bellissimo cottage con 2 camere da letto appena ristrutturato si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia - fuori dalla porta sul retro e nell'acqua. Il meraviglioso ponte posteriore con morbidi posti a sedere si affaccia sulla spiaggia privata di sabbia e sul suono di Long Island. Il cottage è stato completamente rifatto dentro e fuori. È tutto nuovo! Internet Wi-Fi gratuito, TV via cavo, aria condizionata. Completamente arredato Tutto quello che devi portare è la biancheria.
    Non c'è niente di meglio di questo !!!

wowo, what a great place to be and visit, our guest mgr was fantastic. The beautiful coastline was also tremendous, Local Nature preserve was breathtaking

We love it here!

The cottage is perfect for us! It’s right on the beach, the neighborhood is lovely and we look forward to coming every year. The host is wonderful and responds quickly. It’s a perfect getaway and a great place to relax and enjoy the water and make memories. Thank you for another great stay!

Quick, Enjoyable Trip

Enjoyed our stay- wish we could have stayed longer! Owners were wonderful & responsive. The most difficult part was finding a place to plug in hair curler- LOL!

Charming cottage in Clinton, CT

Renting this property was very easy. Communication with property owner was a snap. Very timely responses to questions leading up to our visit. The property met all of our needs. Right on the beach it was fantastic. Clean, cozy with pretty much everything you would need. Very peaceful and quiet street, good neighbors and close enough to multiple shore towns with lots to do. Would highly recommend this property!

Everything we asked for, we got. It was easy to communicate with the owner. He always texted back immediately. He even offered a different cottage when he saw it might be colder for our stay. We liked everything about the stay.

Perfect getaway in a lovely cottage

We were very lucky to get a week’s stay here at this cottage. It fit our family perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for. The cottage is adorable, clean and spacious. The communication was quick and the process was easy. I definitely recommend spending some time in this cottage. It’s such a beautiful place with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets every day. We will definitely return! Thank you for a great week!

Great Stay

My family and I stayed at the cottege for Mother’s Day weekend. The weather was the only negative thing, but even with the rain it was a wonderful stay. The cabin was great and the location can’t be beat. Looking forward to staying again with family/friends!

Amazing weekend !!

My mom, sister and I rented the Viola cottage and had an amazing weekend . The location was fantastic and the view was stunning . The beach theme decor was so detailed and pretty . We loved it ! Karl was so very nice to deal with and was available for any questions that we had . I strongly recommend renting this cottage for a relaxing getaway . We will definitely be back !

Beach Oasis

With 3 small cottages and a nice common area with tables and grills, this is a great spot to get away for a private stay, or to make friends with your neighbors and be social. Cottage comes with everything you need, just bring food and beer and get ready to relax.

Amazing location with a view

This was our first beach house booking and we absolutely loved the cottage! Located right on the beach, not too small and not too big for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Near by restaurants, responsive host, and overall great beach experience!

Relaxing

The property was well kept and had everything we needed. The Kaitlyns deck was somewhat secluded which was great. We will definitely look to stay there again.

The Perfect Spot

The cottage was picture perfect, and right on the beach. It had everything we needed and more. It was beautifully decorated and the views were amazing! Communication with the owner was great, he even offered us another cottage with central heat when it was going to be really cold at night as we stayed there in October. It worked out perfectly. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent

Cottage was lovely, nicely decorated , perfect location right on the beach. Could not ask for a better view in the morning over a cup of coffee. Cottage was very clean convenient location to stores and restaurants. Will definitely be a redo for next year.

Cute cottage

The cottage is great. Decorated nice and furniture comfortable. Like that everything is included, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, cable TV and wifi. Suggest the box spring be replaced in the main bed room. It is so noisy.

Viola Visit

Viola is a beachfront cottage in a cluster of three cottages renovated with taste by our hosts Sharlene and Karl Kieslich. I made the arrangements by email; the property information was comprehensive and I so appreciated the organization. The decor is bright, beach themed and quite comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the deck on the beach, steps from the water, and back porch for reading, games, snacks, and a glass of wine with the sunset. It was a perfect setting when family from the area joined us for a visit -- my four-year-old niece met new playmates and the nephews went swimming even in May! The cottage is well-equipped with media and the kitchen well stocked with necessities. Parking is a bit tricky, but all worked out. Our "neighbors" were previous renters and so friendly. I grew up in the area and the shoreline has changed these many years. Restaurants and shopping are close as well as some local entertainment. We hope to visit again for a quiet, relaxing break.

We had a wonderfull time and will like to come again next year, same time. The sleeper sofa was a little uncomfortable and that room needs shades to block out the morning sun. Also the bathroom needs a shade, the people from the house in front can see in. Thanks again for allowing us to stay there. Next time we know to bring only 1 car.

Fantastic week in Kaitlyn

My husband and I spent a beautiful, sunny week in the Kaitlyn cottage this past summer. We had been looking specifically for beach front property in Clinton, and this adorable home delivered. It had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like a beach bag and charcoal for the outside grill. A perfect getaway for anyone looking for a fun shoreline getaway.

Maggies Cottage - Clinton CT

My famiy had a wonderful week at Maggie s Cottage - the Cottage was CLEAN, Bright and the neighborhhod very QUIET! It was also well stocked. Most days we "owned" the beach. The open front porch was the gathering point for morning coffee and the relaxing glass of wine at night. The constant breeze kept the bugs away. And, to our delight a bird was nested in one of the hanging pots. There is much to see locally, lots of good restaurants, and everything is clost by. We highly recommend Maggie s Cottage for a restful and enjoyable vacation.
