“Originally rented a jacuzzi King bed rm (online thru Expedia) This particular rm showed availability w/jacuzzi but rooms that had them were rented. We specifically chose to pay the higher amount so I was greatly disappointed. The 3rd party issue was sort of explained. But then the room reeked of cigarettes to which I must be allergic to bc it immediately triggers a headache. Mr. Jeff was very accommodating & profusely gave his apologies & upgraded us. “Needs good cleaning in rooms they are musty, its room are clean but they charge as much for more expensive hotel and not as clean, you want a great smell and clean feel.”
