Hotel vicino a Treasure Lake - Villa Rica

“Needs good cleaning in rooms they are musty, its room are clean but they charge as much for more expensive hotel and not as clean, you want a great smell and clean feel.”

“Originally rented a jacuzzi King bed rm (online thru Expedia) This particular rm showed availability w/jacuzzi but rooms that had them were rented. We specifically chose to pay the higher amount so I was greatly disappointed. The 3rd party issue was sort of explained. “Arrived at 11:30 pm after a long drive. Was checked in by the nice lady at the desk, and we went to our room. We heard another customer complaining about bed bugs so we went to investigate our room. No bugs but we found yellow stains and hair on the sheets, filthy walls and stained pillows and comforters. The room smelled like smoke and my son has asthma so there was no way we were staying. We returned to the desk and waited but the lady was helping the bedbug room and no one was at the desk....
