While the front desk staff was friendly, the property is worn down, dirty, outdated, smells of cigarette smoke, and incredibly loud by both a main street and the freeway. Bedding has cigarette burns, microwave was dirty, stains on floor, dust/grime on every surface. Even with the a/c unit on high a d ear plugs, I could hear every car and motorcycle. “Was told the pool and hot tube was closed due to construction. The sign on pool door said spa was closed but pool was open. I chose that hotel because pool looked nice and kids wanted to swim. There was a dead fly in the fridge. Ac smelled like it needed cleaned. Room and bathroom was nice. If a hotel is under construction with the hotel or Expedia should notify people staying.
