“We loved our 2 night stay. Check in was easy and fast. The desk clerk pleasant. The room was spotless, the bed comfy. Since its an extended stay place, there was no breakfast offered. We didnt miss a mediocre hotel breakfast at all. There are many good restaurants nearby.”

“Pretty dirty and not the nicest area, get what you pay for. They do have a nice grassy area for dogs, next to a trail for running. Might have gotten a dirtier room since we had a pet. ”

“Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all of the usual amenities. The WiFi was too slow to load Google Maps and other websites, so this was the only "down side" to my stay. Breakfast was served from 6am - 9am and was find (for the price). The scrambled eggs were perfect, hot and tasty. The self-serve (and make) waffles were good too. Parking is behind the building and seemed like a safe and clean area. I would stay here...

“Rooms are clean, staff and maintenance are friendly and responded right away when needed. Swimming pool was clean, will be returning again.”

“Not recommended. Room smelled like smoke all night, old soap still in the shower, only given one towel, the whole drain unit came out of tub with a hair ball on it, nasty white chalky stain in bed skirt, hair in the sheets, tile was gross and noisy as hell. Don’t do it. ”

“Booked a room with 2 beds, but room only had one bed. Everything else was good. ”

“Hotel was fine but had serious issues with check-in. They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer.”

“Breakfast was good. The first day there was a hair in the hash potatoes. And the original waffle batter run out, so you had to have the other kind. It didn’t seem like anyone was there at the front desk at all times. And we asked for four extra pillows and they said we can only have 3. The hot tub was warm, but the pool was pretty cold. There was toy lid under the ac from the previous occupant. So it seems like they didn’t clean it thoroughly. Overall it was just okay. I’ve stayed at better BWH....

“The system was down and so we did not have a key to our room. We had to get staff to let us in to our room the whole time we were there. There was only one staff member working for much of the evening we were there. The employee was very nice and did her best. Nevertheless it was very inconvenient.”

“The office area smelled strongly of weed. There were a few homeless people in the parking lot. I Let them know the toilet had a running water issue after we left. They basically said that they have several toilets that are that way and that I should’ve let them know during my stay so they could’ve moved us to a different room. Well, duh. Fix it for your next guests then. They didn’t really seem to care. That sure is a big waste of water to not be taken care of.”
