“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“Reserved a Junior Suite with a king size bed and a couch/pull-out bed for 3 adults. The pull-out bed was awful, uncomfortable and unsleepable. There was a huge stain on one of the couch cushions (the side that was not visible, of course, until it was removed to set up the pull-out bed). Additionally, there was garbage under the couch that was revealed when setting up the bed. The room had accessibility features. “I was upset to find out there wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the room so I give it a 4/10 if both appliances were there I’ve would’ve rated 10/10”

“I gave this property a "Good" rating instead of an "Excellent" because the customer service was lacking. Our room was not ready at 4:30pm. We were offered a drink voucher and I had to remind the front desk that there were two of us in the room. When we did get into our room several items were missing. The ottoman that was supposed to accommodate our suitcases was not there. The hairdryer was also missing. The front desk did have someone bring these items but I felt that there was a real "Oh...

“there were no phones in the room to contact the front desk ,and the wifi kept dropping you had to sign in everytime you needed to make a call”

“Very easy check in, nice people as well. We got in around midnight and they asked if we wanted to extend our stay an extra hour for free, also have me a free toothbrush and toothpaste when I forgot. Breakfast is hearty and great for kids. Only negative was pool was closed in the morning.”

“It was near a major highway which made it easy to get to but unfortunately there was a few loud vehicles that passed at night which were very loud. All hotels will occasionally have an extra loud motorist so I can't blame the hotel. Very large shopping center nearby was worth the visit”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”
