“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“The place was clean but the staff not so good. When we first got there we only had two towels and it was 4 of us asked ffor more towels she told us they where out of towels and they would bring some to the room we stayed 4 days and never got the towels to the point i went out and bought 2 more towels. Poor customer service.”

“The in-room AC units are extremely loud when they kick on and while they're running. In fact they are so loud that you literally awake every time. The staff graciously provided two bottles of water for each person checking in which was a nice amenity. Parking was ample and the facility overall was clean and the staff were very friendly.”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”
