“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“The rooms were not cleaned at all. The bathrooms were filthy , bed not made. they placed me in another room, same issues. Finally they found a 3rd room that was clean. I'd like to also note that the person helping us was very kind . She worked at the the Hampton Gardens and was called to help at the Hampton Inn. She stated two people were not working because they had called in, So, she had to cover and work at the Hampton Inn. She was extremely helpful, though that was not where she ususally...

“First, the registration office is kind of hidden and it was hard to find it. The room was not very clean and there are really no amenities. The breakfast area doesn't even have tables, only a few bar stools and a high bar area. Also, regarding breakfast, if you can call it that. There's really nothing available except for a few muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice, nothing else.”

“I stay at Holiday Inn hotels quite often and have always been very satisfied with my experiences. Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointing exception. We arrived at around 9:00 PM. There were two employees at the front desk. The woman who checked us in greeted us with such an unfriendly expression that I honestly felt like apologizing just for walking in. It was not the kind of welcome I would expect from a Holiday Inn. We were also charged an additional $40 because we were traveling with...

“We shopped the area a selected based on cost. We were surprised to find it a more upscale hotel than the more expensive Courtyard nearby.”
