There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now.”

“Hot tub not working, the water was warm. The room furniture was in poor condition/damaged(I have pictures). My husband and I were very disappointed. We expected better considering the name Doubletree. The room had a very uncomfortable smell coming from the AC unit which became stronger when you turned it to a warm setting. “When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”
