“Good comfortable bed and spacious room/suite. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Not so good, allocated wrong room type, corrected when raised with the hotel. Correct room had very obvious damage which no attempt had been made to repair, when raised was told no other rooms available with an apology.”
