Hotel per fare shopping a Clwyd

“Beautifully appointed hotel, both outside and in. Worthy of its 4 star rating. Check in was personal and friendly. Porterage was offered but we didn't use it. There is a lift to all floors and although there are 5 steps down to the breakfast room, a stair lift is available for those with limited mobility. Our bedroom was equipped with a king size bed a large flat screen TV, telephone and air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. Tea and coffee making facilities bottled...

“The whole experience at the Llandudno Bay Hotel was excellent. The doggy friendliness was something we had not experienced before when we have stayed at other hotels, even down to a freshly cooked sausage for the dog. The outside area for an early evening drink was good along with the lounge facilities. Everything we wanted in the room which was very well decorated and comfortable. Will definitely return.”

“Due ore d’attesa per poter aver una stanza, con le ragazze della reception che non capivano dove trovare la prenotazione, nonostante avessimo mail e conferma sul telefono. Appartamento sporco, stanza inesistente, nessun lenzuola né asciugamano, se lo volevi dovevi acquistarlo nel supermercato lì vicino, al prezzo di 5 e 10£. Nessun Wi-Fi, rumori e urla fino alle 3 di notte, pessimo anche il checkout, non sapevano come stamparmi la ricevuta di pagamento. Assolutamente da evitare.”
