“Excellent hotel in a quieter part of Llandudno.. all the staff were great, the room was adequate enough Wii lovely sea views and the lounge / bar area was really nice too.. the outside seating was a really good spot to enjoy an Aperol Apritz too.. enjoyed it. ”

“Due ore d’attesa per poter aver una stanza, con le ragazze della reception che non capivano dove trovare la prenotazione, nonostante avessimo mail e conferma sul telefono. Appartamento sporco, stanza inesistente, nessun lenzuola né asciugamano, se lo volevi dovevi acquistarlo nel supermercato lì vicino, al prezzo di 5 e 10£. Nessun Wi-Fi, rumori e urla fino alle 3 di notte, pessimo anche il checkout, non sapevano come stamparmi la ricevuta di pagamento. Assolutamente da evitare.”

“The staff were excellent. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We had a dog friendly room which was really lovely. The food was delicious, the hotel is centrally positioned in Conwy. I would highly recommend a stay at this Hotel. We will return again the near future.”

“Amazing stay ,beautiful hotel very friendly, breakfast excellent and room very comfortable, great shower for myself and also grandson loves a bath, use of thd pool was great added bonus as we love swimming, only criticism was the set 4 course evening meal , i was on my own with grandson age 5 and we just wanted a snack ( maybe bowl of chips ) but was told they didn't do that so we had to go out and when we came back i asked for a hot chocolate from the free machine but was told it was only...
