“Staff was friendly, check was smooth. Breakfast was fair , but room beds are not queen's and pillows are very bad . No extra bedding. So I would give that a 2”

“This is a super cute, well located hotel, with super friendly staff. The facilities are older, but it's clean and safe.”

“Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay.”

“We did not use many amenities in the room. We checked in and there was very loud music "base" noise right below our room so it was unbearable to stay in the room. This music continued until after 10pm. The pavilion across the street continued to have loud music well after 11pm. When I asked the desk person about the music, her comment was "well, we have a bar". Never stay here! You will be very uncomfortable and disappointed.”

“We had bed bugs in our room, however the front desk staff we're great in giving us a quick refund. ”

“Not sure what happened within the past year but this year’s stay was less than desirable, obvious the room was not cleaned from previous guest, dirt all around the bathroom/bathtub, no clean towels & no toilet paper The guest service gal was very rude like we were a bother , will not return, I’d actually like a refund!!!”

“Everything was great but we had to call down and ask about pool closing time and breakfast times and usually those are given at check-in.”
