“Very clean! No amenities in the room (there was a mini fridge and a microwave) but no cups, soap, towel”

“BED BUG INFESTATION! My 8 year old son and I are covered in bedbug bites. This hotel appeared clean however we are absolutely miserable after being eaten alive by bed bugs.”

“The menu was non existent…in fact told it didn’t start until 10. When said that didn’t make sense, was amended to oh yah guess 6:30am. Meanwhile people left.”

“The rooms are so elegant and comfortable, incredibly clean and comfortable beds. The bar area is nice, with a pool table and fireplace in one section. Pool and hot tub area really beautiful. The only downside is the wine options in the bar. This isn’t an inexpensive hotel, so the wine options should be better suited to the price tag of the rooms. The wine selection is poor, staff and everything else was fantastic!”

“Kaylee and Hattie were so kind a courteous during our stay, great staff. Justin the GM was off during our stay this time but we always enjoy seeing him when we stay in Big Spring, he is the best 🙌. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the gluten free blue berry muffins they had! ☺️”
