“The staff were fantastic — friendly, professional, and really helpful. The place is starting to show its age and could use a refresh: worn carpet and some creaky elevators. Little things were annoying, like light-up doorbells outside every room that kids kept pressing as they ran down the hall, and no indoor stairways to the lobby (all are fire exits that led to the outside) meant we had to wait for slow elevators.
