“Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing. ”

“Breakfast had a lot of options! We were running late and came down around closing time, they had cleaned things up but still had everything availabile and warm and no one rushed us out. Alexis and Zach were our front desk staff during our stay and honestly was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Requested a dog friendly room, it smelled clean, decor is a bit outdated, all rooms have exterior doors to parking lot making it easy to pack/unpack to your room. The heater/cooler has no temp gauge meaning it doesn’t turn off by itself once it reaches a certain temperature you have to get out of bed in the middle of the night to turn off/on.one of the bolts holding the toilet seat on was broken so when you sat down it would slide to the side and your thigh touches the bowl - not seeming very...
