“Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

“Our second stay and would come back but downside is no shower and the bathroom was dated and sink full of hairs which wasn’t pleasant. The lighting in our room was poor. An extra lamp maybe by the mirror so you can see what you’re doing would be helpful. The service and staff were excellent. Dining was really good too. Lovely restaurant space. Breakfast is at the neighbouring Malthouse. Whilst food was good service was very poor, the tea/coffee facilities were dreadful. Had to ask for clean...

“We were made to feel as though we didn't belong there and it was all due to the colour of our skin.It wasn't what they said it was how they acted. ”

“Lovely little place, lovely room with lovely hot shower facilities which is rare to come by. 4 star rating only due to the pub being closed and nothing close locally to get food ect.”

“To get into the property you need a fob, that is attached to the keys, which is kept in a lock box inside the building. I had to wait for someone else entering the building for me to get in. ”
