Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron: Tour e Visite Guidate

The room could do with a fresh look eg paint,but it was clean.The shower was leaking !! Staff was very helpful and friendly!! Breakfast very good Parking excellent!!!

We stayed two nights. Staff were very nice & helpful.. room was clean, but never full bin after day one. Breakfast were very nice. Parking great loads of space. Room were very hot no air-conditioning or fan & bed very uncomfortable springs broken

WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This place should be closed down and removed from Expedia! We booked The Station Inn for four of our engineers while they were working away. After the experience our first three had, we cancelled the fourth booking because we simply could not justify sending another member of staff there. The room was in an unacceptable condition from the moment they arrived. There was a strong smell of faeces, visible mould in the shower, and, by the following morning, they had woken up covered in bites. The bites were shown to the hotel at the time, and although we were told they were supposedly not bedbugs but ticks, that is hardly a reassuring explanation. Either way, our employees were bitten whilst staying at the hotel, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the area outside the hotel felt unsafe. Our engineers were approached and offered drugs at around 9:30–10:00pm, and they also witnessed what appeared to be a confrontation between a member of the bar staff and a customer that looked close to becoming physical. This hotel has been reported to Expedia but they will not remove it from their listings, so be warned! We are having to take the matter to court to recover the amount paid as the owner has refused.
