“This was an amazing accommodation! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The balcony was a wonderful place for a coffee and a read. There was a bike trail just across the road from the hotel’s entrance that runs from one end of the island to the d to the other (and many interesting points in between)!”

Il grosso problema di questo hotel è che se si resta più di un giorno nei giorni successivi, bisogna richiedere di pulire le stanze e non vengono mai pulite Come si deve. Vengono solo cambiati gli asciugamani, svuotati i cestini e a volte tirati i letti. Non è accettabile che per soggiorni più lunghi si debba rimanere con lo sporco e la polvere...

“Beautifully done resort directly on the beach. Rooms are lovely and the hotel is serene. Located directly in Jekyll Island’s charming downtown area close to restaurants, the Jekyll Island market and the bike path. We loved our time there!”

“Oh my goodness!!!! I've never experienced a vacation like this one. Never had to leave the hotel if I didn't want to!!!! Staff absolutely AMAZING!!! Traveled with my dog and was comfortable everywheee we went”

“When I say the staff is poor I am referring to the Manager Nancy who is unprofessional and misled us by falsifying information. During our stay, our room was dirty upon arriving, floor dusty, bugs & spider webs in corners, 2 towels for 4 people, no blanket or sheets for the sofa bed. They were provided upon request. Now, the noise is unreal. You can hear everything outside, every conversation, every foot step, & bag rolling by. They had college kids staying that were up all night of our stay...

“Loved the heated pool. Staff at hotel and restaurant were top notch. Food at Echo was delicious. The walk to beach was a little odd, not direct, but I suppose you can't help the dunes/tidal pools. The rooms are nice. However they did not have coffee pots. Staff said it was because of remodeling which seems silly. It was too inconvenient to get to lobby where it was available for sale.”
