Case in affitto a Coatesville

“Kind of like borrowing your aunt's place out in the country. The house is very comfortable and ready for a crowd. The property is a little remote, but rewards you with a beautiful view from a large deck overlooking a pond. There are ducks that wander the property and the host has a bin of feed you can give to them. There were a couple of quirky older house issues with the water pressure, but nothing bad. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“The home was nice and the grounds were beautiful. We needed to add a day on the front end last minute and the host was very accommodating. There were 5 of us but they had plenty of bedding and sheets and so we all had somewhere comfortable to sleep regardless of it being a 2 bedroom. It is close to town and close to my parents house so it was a perfect place for us. I recommend it.”

“The lake is absolutely beautiful! Easy check, and the host was quick to respond with any questions I had. And the hot tub was super nice to relax in after a day of fishing!!”

“Very clean house, looks exactly like the pictures, we had a wonderful time the pool was great. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.”

“We stayed here as a group of 5 friends who were traveling around central Indiana for the weekend. The listing says 5 beds but there were only 4 plus a foam mattress. We made it work. Furnishings were sparce and host brought us additional coffee mugs when we told them there was 1 mug for 5 people. Everything was very clean for which we were very thankful! We had a great time.”

“This was a terrible experience. We ended up leaving and having to get hotel rooms instead. The property was clean and in a nice area BUT the AC unit was not working. We attempted to contact the host and get the problem resolved, they sent out repair teams, but they never got the unit working properly. The home exceeded 80 degrees downstairs and more than 85 upstairs the two nights we actually tried to stay in the home. We even went to Walmart and bought box fans (at our own expense) trying to...

“This place was a gem. Impeccably clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. Wonderful location - easily accessible to Indiana University as well as Indianapolis. Very hospitable and responsive host. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!”

“The house was livable. I was actually happy but it wasn’t perfect because I didn’t feel like I was going to break everything. The master bedroom bathroom and closet/changing area was fantastic. The house is in a nice neighborhood. The painters of the inside of this house could use some help. Previous guests seem to have left some things behind the air conditioning worked great Internet was useful. Thank you.”

“Kitchen needed another baking sheet or even an electric griddle would be nice. When you used microwave the dining room light dimmed (not a problem for us, but you may want to check into). ”

“There were four beds, three showers, and that was nice. It's about a 20-minute drive to get downtown. Not much going on in the immediate area. The pool table needs some TLC, so the games may not pan out. Everything was clean. Consider bringing your own pillow or buying one from the Sam's club nearby.”

“The place was great for what we needed. ”

“Pleasantly surprised. We arrived late at night. The porch light was on. Lights on in the house. Very welcoming. Clean, nice neighborhood, very quiet. We felt very at home. Communication with Joe was great. Good directions, very friendly. Definitely would stay again, and recommend”
