“Everything was where Ryan said it would be. Beautiful home with great views. We were just four golfers but can easily accommodate so many more people comfortably. Very enjoyable stay.”

“Beautifully situated in hotel grounds on elevated site overlooking estuary. 5 minutes drive into Kinsale. Large modern rooms, clean with large bed and great views. Hotel reception and restaurant bright and airy. Dinner was average and breakfast on the first morning was awful. Self served cooked breakfast was warm at best and running low or out of components. Plates, although looked clean, had a gritty feel as if dishwasher not correctly functioning. Breakfast on the second day improved.”

“This is a beautiful property with stunning views towards Kinsale. The property is very well located to a number of major sites. If you enjoy small Irish towns and countryside, you will love this location. Our children and grandchildren also enjoyed the sport field, trampoline and ping pong table. It is a great property for a family get away.”

“L'hotel è situato al termine di una viuzza caratteristica e molto pittoresca, solo un poco rumorosa al mattino per via dei furgoni che passavano, ecco perché il comfort della camera è solo 4 invece che 5. La stanza era arredata con gusto e pulita. Il pub annesso ha un ottimo menu (consigliatissimo il pesce) e la colazione è buona. “Great property lots of beds. Great social room well stocked kitchen area. Great location within Kinsale. 1 towel person. Parking was a chore each evening, on street parking with no reserved parking. No electric dryer machine, makes drying cloths a challenge. Not a fan of owners tone within their communications. ”

“Property really needs to be updated. It’s hard to have one key for the room when you may be doing things separately. The location is ideal as it is right on the water and easy to walk to places. ”

“Oh heavens the views from this beautiful little cottage are absolutely stunning. The cottage is well appointed, new, clean and very comfortable. Having a little hut to sit in on the water’s edge was fabulous. A short and very pretty walk to town, or if you want to simply stroll a few yards to the Man Friday restaurant (great food and another amazing view) or go hear some live music at the Spaniard pub.
