“Kilkea castle and grounds are spectacular. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The food at the restaurant is delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.”

“Wilton Castle was lovely to visit. We had the "Butler" Suite which was a full size apartment with luxury furnishings. Sean the owner was very knowledgeable and gave us a bit of history about the Castle. Weddings also happened here with the beautiful backdrop of the river it is very picturesque. The only drawback was the was no Bar or Restaurant on the location, we had to go into town for our dinner. ”

“Such a fun experience. Be prepared. It’s rustic on the bottom and new on top. The grounds and the host are both lovely. Make sure to stop at Minihans local pub. So fun. ”

“Wonderful space - so unique, but also very comfortable. This is an ingenious restoration that is beautifully rendered. You're only about 20-25 minutes outside Waterford by car - an easy commute and there is plenty of parking right by the river. You're not far from the coastal towns of Ireland's Ancient East, which are well worth the drive. This is a great central location and such a fun place to stay. We loved it! ”
