Hotel vicino a Coca-Cola Park - Allentown

“Impossible to sleep due to deafening street noise I had a terrible stay here and got almost zero sleep. To be fair, the hotel room itself and the staff are not the problem—they were perfectly fine. The issue is entirely the hotel's location and a severe lack of soundproofing. Motorists were zooming past the hotel the entire night. Even though we were all the way up on the 4th floor, the walls did absolutely nothing to block the noise. The sound reverberated through the room so loudly that it...

“Pool was not working. Wash Sink was almost clogged. Bath tub water was not exiting properly.”

“Nice hotel in Allentown, hotel bar/restaurant was nice, however menu is limited. Room was nice and modern, staff were helpful.”

“The coffee /tea bar was great. Breakfast was exceptionally good with hot and cold choices such as a yogurt machine with six crock jars of toppings or the Waffle machine. Hot scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages, all kinds of muffins, breads or danish and four kinds of juices. The pool was empty despite 90 degree day.”

“This property is horribly maintained, and the cleanses is horrific. The staff act like they don’t know anything and is run by an Indian family. Everything is dingy. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There’s mold in the bathroom ceiling. The tub has brown spots. A complete nightmare hotel from hell.”

“Room is was nice and cool when I walked in. Very clean room and the staff was helpful. the bar/ restaurant had food until 2am. Definitely going back Thank you once again”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sayre Mansion. The reception staff were wonderful and arranged for us to stay an additional night in an upgraded room. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good albeit a bit unusual. One of the servers (they alternated days) was more accommodating than the other with choices. I guess the one on the lower pay grade. We would stay there again. Great location for a walk into Bethlehem or down to the river.”

“Customer service was top notch. Check in was easy. Room was nice. Only negatives: 1) the ac unit in the room was noisy, like loud. 2) Expedia doesn’t not tell you you have to pay to park in the garage, it was $12 and change.”
