“There was a problem with the cleanliness of the first room they gave us and the area that the motel was situated was frequented with drug usage .”

“The bath tub was extremely slippery and I fell on my shoulder and tore something. I now can't drive for a bit because I don't have a full range of motion and I am in a lot of pain. We mentioned this to 2 different staff members when there and we weren't impressed with their lack of response.”
