“Just a one night stop over but perfect for a longer stay. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Loved the little milk fridge for when the ones in the room ran out.”

“Family Room was very spacious , no toilet paper due to house keeping staff shortage informed through reception staff who supplied same mentioned . All staff we met appeared very polite and helpful . Buffet Breakfast was good with enough options available . Pool staff very helpful and areas well maintained and safe .”

“The staff really tried their best to help, but unfortunately the room itself was a huge disappointment. We booked the family room and it was very dirty — the shower curtain was covered in mould, and there were items like a comb and small toys left behind under the beds. Because of the condition of the room, I ended up paying an extra £100 just to move to another room so I could at least have a clean shower.
