The Cape

Just 1.5 blocks from a peaceful stretch of Cocoa Beach sand, our cozy beach house is the perfect home base for couples, families or small groups ( up to 5 guests) Thoughtfully designed with soft whites, palm accents and every comfort you need for a stress-free stay.



The Space:

-King bed in primary bedroom + queen + twin in second (extra pillows, blankets & black out curtain)



-Full kitchen stocked with drip coffee, toaster, crockpot, spices and kids dishes

-Washer/Dryer in garage

-Bathroom with tub/shower, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash

Outdoor Oasis:

Private backyard with shaded pergola, fire pit (firewood not included), sectional seating, dining table, propane gas grill (propane included) and jumbo connect 4

Beach Ready (Included):

Beach cruisers, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, baby sun shade, toys (boogie boards, corn hole etc.)

Extras Guests Love:



-Pack and Play, high chair, outlet covers, toys, games, books



-Welcome snacks, coffee/tea and thoughtful touches throughout



***Important Notes:

-Max 4 adults (or 2 adults+4 small kids) No air mattresses, No pets (including emotional support), No parties.  Must be 24+ to book- (Exceptions can be made, please contact host for more info)

-We keep the thermostat locked at a cool 74 degrees during the summer months (ceiling fans in every room keep it comfortable.) You may request to have it unlocked but will potentially be responsible for any service issues that may occur if the unit freezes over.

Duplex- left side of the home. Quiet neighborhood-please keep noise low after 9pm

Beautiful Property

We loved this home. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had everything you needed during your stay including bikes and beach supplies. The back yard area is beautiful and very comfortable. And it was so close to the beach. We could watch the rocket launches from the back yard. It was great!!

Perfect spot!

This was a great home for our stay in Cocoa Beach. Amanda was such a great host to let us know we could check in early and let us know about launches happening at the space center. The house was very well supplied and felt cozy for just hanging out when the weather wasn’t cooperative!

Cute House, Clean and convenient location

This house is super cute, very clean and conveniently located near food, shopping and the beach! You can tell this house is well cared for and very well stocked with everything you need when you are away from home. The only thing that I could recommend as an enhancement would be the addition of an outdoor shower to assist with groups over 4 sharing one bath. Overall a fantastic rental that we would 100% book again and again!!

What a Fabulous rental. All pictures are up to date so you'll get what you see and then some!!! Owner not only encourages you to make yourselves at home with everything you need like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, full clean kitchen and ANYTHING you need for the beach from towels, chairs, toys, sunscreen and a awesome wagon to transport it in, but all the extra little things. She had special black washrags for makeup removal and ponytail holders!!! Seriously how amazing it that. Like they have thought of it all. Even had super soft huge blankets to snuggle with in the living room with beach theme prints. How adorable. The outside flower bush is beautiful and I loved to sprayer outside with super cute pink hose to clean off sand before coming in. I'm telling you its all the little extras that just make you feel at home. Great location with easy walk to beach and the beautiful backyard WOW talk about romantic nights. I absolutely plan to rent this property again next time my family and I are in Florida. Owner even reached out to me while I was there to let me know the day and time of a space launching which was so cool to see in person. I have rented houses before several times for vacations and this home sweet home has to be my favorite for sure!

Great family-friendly place

This was a great family-friendly place! We stayed here for two nights before heading on a cruise. I have two kids (5 and almost 2). There was a pack and play already set up for us when we arrived and a highchair available. My older one was happy to have a big bed all to herself. The home was very neat and organized. It was easy to find things in the kitchen. We made almost all of our meals there. The beach was a very short walk away. We loaded up the beach wagon that was in the garage with sand toys, beach chairs, and snacks and spent several hours on the beach. The girls loved finding sea shells and playing in the sand. Amanda kindly messaged us about launches that were happening that we could watch from the property or the beach. She was also able to accommodate a last-minute request of which I was very appreciative. I would definitely book another beach vacation here!

Hidden gem

We were a family of 4, kids under 7. This property exceeded our expectations. Amanda has an amazing attention to detail. Close to the beach, grocery stores, space launch, restaurant and more. Highly recommend.

Great little spot in perfect location

Booked this for a baseball tournament over in Viera but wanted close to beach without spending that "Beach side" price! This fit my family of 4, 14 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter and wife just fine for the amount of time we actually at residence. Just a hope and a skip to the beach to get that quick dip or hrs stay and had all the necessary equipment for the beach walk, inlcuding 2 bikes! Excellent place overall!
