“The back yard was surrounded by a private fence . The back porch had a gate to keep my soon to be 2 year old grandson from running out to pool. Beach was across the road. We loved the back porch with its ceiling fans and small fridge. Had tons of pool floats and toys. Also chairs for the beach and boogie boards. ”

“We had a great stay at this property!! Honestly, the early mornings on the river deck couldn’t be beat! So fun to see the manatees daily. The house is well laid out and suited our needs. The house also had pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. We were especially pleased that it was dog friendly! Distance to the beach would be the only concern. It’s walkable, but with having younger children and older family members, we only drove (but that wasn’t an issue for us). We would love to return...

“This house is in a great location. It is clean and you are able to walk to the beach and to downtown. The host was great with easy check in and check out process. I would highly recommend that you stay here.”

“We had a great weekend on the beach in Cocoa. This house had such a relaxing vibe. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The suite downstairs was really spacious with a full bathroom. It had a king size bed and a twin bed and room enough for toddler cot.
