The little beach house is a bright and airy duplex just 1.5 blocks from the beach, walking distance to the pier and a short drive to the port! Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood with many restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Our home is ideal for multiple families or larger groups. We have thoughtfully equipped our home so you’ll find you have everything you need during your stay. Just bring your swimsuit!

-Sleeps up to 10----2 kings + 2 queens + 2 twins across both homes (up to 8 adults, or 4 adults + up to 8 small kids)

-Parking: 3 vehicles per side(~6 total)

- Entire duplex — both homes included but do not adjoin from the inside

- Summer AC guided to 74° with fans on both sides, can be lowered upon request

- Cover outdoor cushions at night; tidy grills/fire pits after use
