Heated Pool-Walk to Beach-Bikes-Beach Gear

  • The Surf Shack is the perfect home for families and groups, providing a fun, safe, and relaxing place for your Cocoa Beach stay. Located walking distance to the river, beach, and ocean this spacious 6 bedroom, 3 bath home has a private heated pool with a large covered patio featuring outdoor dining and living room areas, Weber gas grill and fire pit. The kitchen was renovated December '24 with all new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash and a new island with seating. The Surf Shack is in a great location! There's so much to do nearby: the beach is only 6 blocks away, take the kayaks to the river launch across the street and enjoy watching dolphins and manatees. You'll enjoy the bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and all the beach gear you need for a fantastic and memorable vacation experience.

    Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement is required. An early check-in and/or late check-out may be available. Fees may apply.

We loved the house, every room was clean and bright. I fell in love with the entire house it really felt like being at home. The pool and lounge area was great. We stayed here before heading out on a Disney Cruise. The house was great and the amenities were just what we needed. We were also able to walk over to beach and watch a rocket launch! The owners were easy to communicate with and handled everything perfectly. Great stay!

Overall it was good, just the yard was a little more unkept with tree debris, lounge chairs were very dirty and warn out. We didn't want to use them. Beds were not the greatest to sleep on. and the garage had a very strong cat urine or similar smell to the point we didnt use anything but a few chairs and the wagon because everything had the smell and made our vehicles smell like it. Dont know if I would book again as the price was high for the condition of the house compared to surrounding homes of new quality.

Cocoa beach surf house

It was such a fun house with heated , pool water across the street to canoe and kayak with furnished equipment, games and activities at the house that we never left that day. Beach access within a mile to Wilson park Plenty of room to prepare meals or just visit and relax around the house.

Very clean and well maintained home. For our family perfectly. Pool is nice and so are the kayaks. Got to watch 2 rocket launches from the backyard as well. Minutes from the beach and lots of food. Would highly recommend this property.
