POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE! Più vicino alla spiaggia di molti hotel con vista sull'oceano! Questo appartamento con una camera da letto fa parte di un tranquillo complesso di dieci unità, Boutique Vacation Rental Complex che offre splendidi appartamenti moderni e costieri in una struttura in stile resort con MENO DI UN PASSO DI MINUTO A PIEDI dalla spiaggia! Svolta a destra - il famoso molo di Cocoa Beach; gira a sinistra - razzi e navi da crociera!

Cammina verso ottimi ristoranti, negozi, mini golf / tree climbing / fodera con zip! Accesso diretto alla spiaggia attraverso una sonnolenta strada di quartiere. Ogni appartamento all'interno è stato recentemente rinnovato per avere un aspetto costiero moderno, ma confortevole, e l'esterno è stato aggiornato con un nuovo ponte / pergola all'aperto, un patio e un bellissimo paesaggio e illuminazione.

Questo appartamento con una camera da letto - Unità D - dispone di un letto king-size, un bagno con vasca e un divano-letto matrimoniale. Lo spazio è piccolo, ma ha tutto il necessario per godersi la vacanza. Controsoffitti al quarzo, opere d'arte originali, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, terrazzo rifinito e splendidi accenti di piastrelle. Forniamo solo lenzuola di alta qualità (numero di fili di bambù o di cotone molto alto) e dotiamo l'appartamento di TV a schermo piatto, piccoli elettrodomestici come frullatori / caffettiera / tostapane, ecc. E i mobili / materassi più comodi (Serta, Stearns & Foster, Beauty Rest).

Sebbene le unità siano belle, soprattutto sono completamente rifornite di tutto il necessario per godersi la vacanza e sono estremamente pulite. Noterai quel commento comune in tutte le nostre recensioni.

Forniamo tutto ciò che potresti trovare in un hotel tradizionale (ferro / asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, macchina per il caffè, biancheria) e molto altro ancora - bicchieri / piatti, utensili di qualità, pentole, articoli da bar, frullatore, tostapane, ecc. Hai solo bisogno di portare un costume da bagno per goderti la tua vacanza al mare. Non c'è bisogno di fermarsi al negozio di dollari per gli articoli da spiaggia che verranno gettati via, perché forniamo anche: teli da spiaggia di qualità, borsa da spiaggia, carro o carrello, sedie, giocattoli, dispositivi di raffreddamento personali e ombrelli!

C'è anche una doccia esterna, un'area comune all'aperto con pergola, area chat e griglie, nonché una lavanderia in loco. Vengono forniti caffè di avviamento, shampoo, sapone e prodotti di carta di avviamento. Abbiamo cercato di pensare a tutto ciò che vorresti in una casa vacanza, così puoi goderti davvero il tuo soggiorno.

This property was perfect for our family of 3. I agree that 4 people is max number of people for this property. The listing is very accurate, only a few steps walk to the beach. We really like this property, it has everything including all the essential and a few more nice touches like coffee, cream and amenities. We used the beach chairs and laundry while we there and it's very convenience. We would go back and stay there again.

We can definitely recommend this adorable small hotel. Great location and just steps from the beach! We had everything we needed and felt at home. We will be back in the summer when we can enjoy some beach and sand time.

It was a little smaller than the pictures seemed, much like an extended stay hotel room, but I was very happy with the accommodations since it was just me. It was clean nicely appointed and comfortable. Would certainly recommend especially when you will be spending most of your day on the beach.

The property is exactly as it’s depicted in the photos. It’s well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty within walking distance so a car isn’t necessary. It was the perfect long weekend at the beach! We’ll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The rental was very clean, comfy and within walking distance to the beach. The community beach chairs and umbrellas were all in great condition, and was a nice touch to our beach stay. Communication was great and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

We were pleased at how clean the unit was, the beach items that were available to use, the modern appliances and finishes and the close proximity to the beach. In addition, the beach near the unit was never crowded at any point during our visit.

This property has been nicely updated and it is in a great location near the beach. There are a lot of thoughtful touches including beach gear for guests to borrow. Our big issue with this property was roaches....

We really enjoyed our time at this rental! I wish we booked more days but we made it a short weekend. The access to the beach is really close, to food and things to do not a far walk at all! We came here with our baby it was perfect for two people and a small child. The place was so clean and modern with a hint of beach feelz. We want to book next year already!

We visited Kennedy Space Center one day and another on the beach. Got up to watch the sunrise every morning and found the beach quiet. Good assortment of food options in the area. Property was great as were the folks staying in other surrounding units. We’ll definitely be back!

This location was perfect for walking directly to the beach. We also enjoyed renting and riding bikes in the neighborhood. This condo had everything we needed to enjoying some relaxing beach time.

Very up to date. Clean and well maintained. Very peaceful area and very close to the beach. Excellent restaurants nearby. The property manager was fantastic! There were some issues from hurricane Nicole that were still being worked when I arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. Excellent location. The room matched the pictures exactly. I would stay there again anytime!
