Cocoa heaven

A beautifully presented home which was a perfect combination of a home from home and a high end luxury hotel! Every little thing that makes a big difference to guests was provided, there was plenty of everything from kitchen paper, to good quality coffee, dishwasher, laundry tablets and rubbish bags. There was even a lovely bottle of wine! The living space was lovely and very spacious. The air conditioning works really well and we managed to stay lovely and cool despite the heat outside.The bedrooms and beds were absolutely luxurious and we found ourselves thinking about how we could find mattresses that were similar at home!The pool is gorgeous and set at the perfect temperature - refreshing yet you can lounge in it for as long as you wish!The dock area is lovely, we saw many dolphins swim by which was just magical.Paddle boards are provided but we felt they were a little outside of our skill set so we rented a kayak from A1A which was great fun. There are loads of manatees in the next door Chanel near the dead end. Head out to open water turn left and take the next channel on the left they are there.The beach is also gorgeous we visited at 5pm ish when it had cooled a bit.We saw a Space X launch too!Jack is wonderful, extremely helpful, very accommodating and even gave us lots of useful local knowledge about our next destination, really useful for international travellers. would we stay again- Absolutely!. Thank you we had a fabulous time!

BEAUTIFUL!

This house is absolutely beautiful inside and out! Everything about this home invites you in. The kitchen is well appointed with everything from pots and pans to spices. All appliances are new. The LR boasts a large sectional sofa and large TV, perfect for streaming movies or playing video games. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice mattresses and pillows, and TVs in every room. The sunroom extends the length of the LR space and includes big windows that overlook the saltwater pool and the river, where we saw both dolphins and a manatee. The dock is a perfect spot to view a sunset or a rocket launch.You will not need to bring soap, shampoo, or laundry detergent as all are provided by the host. Also provided are family board games, bikes of different sizes with bike helmets, and paddle boards. The location is perfect! About 5 - 10 minutes to Ron John Surf Shop, the Cocoa Beach Pier, lots of restaurants and other things to do, and 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. The host has thought of everything to make your stay seem like you’re home. He is very easy to reach if anything is needed. This was by far our family’s favorite vacation!

Lovely canal-side retreat

This was a great option for grandparents, adults, and teenagers. Each had a room and then places to be together. The pool was and backyard were a great place to hang out. The inside was very well equipped with very nice furnishings. This was in a quiet neighborhood so great for being off the main strip. We got to see a launch from the beach too! I highly recommend.

Dolphin retreat

Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing family vacation. From the moment we walked in, we could tell that the home was well cared for. It had everything we needed. Our favorite place was the dock where we could watch dolphins swim right beneath us. We don’t have a single complaint. We will be back.

Perfect VRBO !

Thank you for your care and attention! This is gold standard vacation rental by an owner with good taste, who clearly cares about guests! Very comfortable and clean home tastefully decorated with none of the awful clutter that some owners feel compelled to display! Our family all enjoyed the spacious open plan layout with vast windows that allowed lots of light into the home and the comfortable outdoor seating especially on the boat dock. Pool is new / clean although a little too cold to use in January. Location perfect for day trips to Orlando theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, Merritt island sanctuary etc. Indoor and outdoor games collection was a nice touch.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay!

Serenity by the Shore is one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in! The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family (including our senior chiweenie). Jack even welcomed us with a great gift basket and all the dog amenities needed (bed, bowls, and toys). He even went out of his way to provide a chiminea for the backyard so we could sit around the fire at night. Jack is an amazing and gracious host. He answered all our questions before our stay and even checked in to see if we needed anything during the stay. He went out of his way to make sure my family and I had a wonderful stay. The backyard was one of our favorite spots (the open kitchen/living/dining area is a second with a wonderful kitchen and views of the canal & river). The weather was a bit chilly for the pool, but we really enjoyed spending time in the backyard grilling our turkey, playing games, and enjoying views of the Banana River from the dock (our dog also enjoyed being able to explore the yard. He wanted to stay outside the entire time) The property overall is beautiful, quiet, and in a great location. Easy and quick access to the beach and everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. My partner’s parents have a condo minutes away so they were able to join us for Thanksgiving dinner as well which made it even more special. We hope to make a new Thanksgiving tradition and celebrate here with our families!
