Perfect Family Beach House - 1 isolato dalla Ocean

Situato in posizione strategica a pochi isolati dal centro di Cocoa Beach e del famoso Ron Jon Surf Shop, a 40 minuti da Orlando e tutte le attrazioni Disney e 20 minuti dal Kennedy Space Center, questa casa sulla spiaggia adorabile è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di divertimento nel sole. Questa proprietà è stato recentemente ristrutturato e professionalmente decorato con bellissimi pavimenti in piastrelle, granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ecc

Questa casa dispone di tre camere da letto e due bagni. La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e proprio bagno privato con doccia extra large. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza ha due-over-pieno letti a castello per i bambini. Lenzuola sono fornite. Basta portare gli asciugamani da spiaggia.

Il divano componibile in salotto offre molti posti a sedere e TV via cavo con altoparlanti surround e un lettore CD / DVD. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata abitabile completa di macchina per il caffè, tostapane, piatti, pentole / padelle, etc.

Il cortile dispone di una piscina privata, zona pranzo e grill a gas. Vi è anche una doccia esterna - perfetto per il risciacquo la sabbia dalla spiaggia solo un isolato di distanza. La struttura dispone anche di una lavatrice / asciugatrice e di un garage per memorizzare tutti i tuoi attrezzi spiaggia. Beach carro con 4 sedie a sdraio, giocattoli da spiaggia, e la radio portatile è disponibile per il vostro uso.

The house is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, but quite small with some maintenance issues (like a broken shower door handle and limited outlets in the master bedroom). The bathrooms are tight and the washer/dryer are outdated.More importantly, key rules were only shared after booking, including strict limits on guests (max 6), cars (2), and noise—along with a no-music and no-pool-party policy. We were surprised by no pool or beach towels, and felt the restrictions made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay, especially as a family.These important details should be clearly listed upfront in the Vrbo description to avoid surprises. The house may suit quieter guests, but it’s not ideal for lively family vacations.

My family enjoyed this property so much!! We were within a short walking distance of the beach and the property had beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon to transport everything. The best part was the pool area. We grilled out some evenings and also enjoyed swimming in the pool. This property had everything we needed and wanted. It was very clean and we had no issues or complaints. We will definitely be back again!!

We stayed at this home back in 2019 with my parents. We loved it then & still love it now! Our family has already booked for another trip in a few months. So close to the beach and the private pool is chef’s kiss! I reached out to the owners about not being able to find wash cloths and they went out of their way to ship us some during our visit. Now that we’re back home, the post-vacation blues have set in. Thank you, Leach family, for sharing your home!

Loved spending so much time away from the Michigan winter down here in Cocoa Beach. This house had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Had some company along the way and all were really happy with the accommodations. Thanks for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. Everything was as stated. Any questions with the house were answered in a timely manner and Sam did a wonderful job at getting a crew out fast (within a half hour) to fix a plumbing issue. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!Also, some have stated about the road being busy/speeding and no police around. We did notice police cars driving by, sitting watching traffic down a side street, and even someone getting pulled over down the road from the house. Hopefully this will help with the issue.

We had a wonderful vacation. Stayed for 15 days. Had no problem at all with the house. The place was clean. organized, pool was great, everything needed for having a good time. My only concern was the traffic going by the house. Speed limit was posted at 35 mph, but many drove by at 50-55 mph. I did not see one single police officer stop anyone for speeding. We would definitely stay there again, just wish the traffic would slow down.

Great little house. Located just a block from the beach. Easy short walk to the beach. Great location for nearby restaurants and shops. It met all of our expectations. The backyard pool was nice to have! On a busier road but didnt bother us too much. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the third consecutive year at the Leach Beach House. Every year we look forward to continuing making new memories at our new tradition of visiting Cocoa Beach, referring to it as our home away from home. Having the privacy to make ourselves at home, enjoying the many amenities, and the beauty of the backyard oasis with the various palms and coconuts, and spending hours in the private pool always exceeds our expectations. Thank you Leach Family for everything! Looking forward to coming back next time!!

Finding the property was pretty easy, but it was on a busy street with a 45 MPH speed limit. When leaving the property it was tricky backing out into 45 MPH traffic with no other way to turn around. The lock box on the garage door that contained the keys to the house was VERY difficult to get open. A kind neighbor was watching for our arrival and came across the street to help. The French doors going out to the pool were also very difficult to get opened some times. A little lubrication (or replacement) would go a long way on these two items. Some electrical switches for lights were found to be in unexpected places. Other than these items our visit was very nice.

Our family had a great stay here. Everything was very clean, the house had everything you would need, from plenty of towels to a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear. The beach is only a short walk, and since the home is in more of a residential area the beach was not crowded, in fact the first day we went we had it to ourselves. The pool was great as well, and it was nice to come back from the beach and jump in the pool. Communication was quick, check in and out was a breeze. I can't say enough good things about this home. One of my teenagers even told me this was our best vacation ever.
