The Space:

Step outside into the warm Florida air and let the sound of the Atlantic set the pace for your stay. The Magnolia Beach House is a five-bedroom, three-bath Cocoa Beach home built for groups who want it all - a private pool, a game room, beach access on foot, and a front-row seat to rocket launches right from the backyard. Whether you're here for a multigenerational family trip or a laid-back group getaway, this home delivers the space and amenities to make it count.



Living space

Inside, the home opens into a bright, open-concept main living area with large windows, a cozy indoor fireplace, and smart TVs ready for streaming. The dedicated coffee bar sets the tone for easy mornings, while the full kitchen - equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, blender, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics - is stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. A dining table, dedicated workspace, and washer/dryer round out the practical side of the home.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms sleep up to eight guests across six beds. Three bedrooms feature king beds, one offers a queen, and the fifth is a bunk room well-suited for kids. The primary suite includes a spa-style bathroom with a soaking tub and rainfall shower - a proper retreat after a day at the beach. A pack 'n play/travel crib and extra pillows and blankets are also on hand, along with room-darkening shades for late sleepers.



Game room

When you're not poolside or at the beach, the garage game room keeps the fun going rain or shine. Ping pong, a pool table, and board games make it a natural gathering spot for family tournaments and evening hangouts.



Outdoor space

Step through to your private, fenced backyard and into the screened-in pool - designed to keep out mosquitos and debris so you can enjoy the water without interruption. Outdoor furniture and loungers invite you to slow down poolside, and the BBQ grill (no propane provided) and barbecue utensils are ready when you're in the mood to cook outside. The backyard also offers a rare bonus on Florida's Space Coast - on clear launch days, you can watch rockets lift off from right here.



Beach & local extras

The beach is a 0.6-mile walk from the front door, and your stay includes bikes and a full set of beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head out without hauling gear from home. Ron Jon Surf Shop, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and a strong lineup of local restaurants and cafes are all within easy reach by foot or bike.



Location

The Magnolia Beach House sits in a quiet Cocoa Beach neighborhood within walking and biking distance of the beach, surf shops, and local dining. Kennedy Space Center is a short drive away, and for theme park days, Walt Disney World is less than an hour from the door. Free driveway parking, self check-in via smart lock, and a private entrance add up to an easy, flexible arrival - whenever you're ready to get started.

The home has a keyless entry that will have a unique code given to ONLY you for check-in. You can use this code to get in and out of the home your entire stay. We also have a backup key just in case. Quiet hours in Cocoa Beach start at 11:00pm. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in the home.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet Cocoa Beach neighborhood, you're perfectly situated for a mix of relaxation and adventure. Walk or bike to restaurants, surf shops, and local attractions, or spend your days lounging on the beach. With easy access to Kennedy Space Center, downtown Cocoa Beach, and Port Canaveral, there’s something for everyone.

Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach, The Magnolia Beach House offers easy access to various transportation options. For those arriving by air, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Parking is readily available with free parking on the premises, accommodating multiple vehicles in the driveway. While Cocoa Beach is best explored by car or bicycle (complimentary bikes are provided!), ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available for getting around. Major attractions like the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop are within a short walk or bike ride, while day trips to Kennedy Space Center or Orlando's theme parks are easily accessible by car.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
