Check in was very easy, home was very clean and well-kept. Had everything we needed for our stay with parents and our two year old. The beach chairs and wagon came in handy, and the game room was a big hit. Very close to the beach and had everything we needed within a short distance. Would definitely return!

The home and location are great! We came to Cocoa Beach to do some night kayaking for the bioluminescence and catch the sunrise on the beach. This place was perfect for both and the kids loved the game room. Will definitely be back.

Lovely Stay

Our stay at Cocoa Isles in Cocoa Beach was nothing short of amazing! Brittany, the host, was incredibly communicative—always timely, clear, and thoughtful in her responses, which made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.The home itself is beautifully and modernly decorated, sparkling clean, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. Whether you want to relax, cook a family meal, or enjoy entertainment without ever stepping outside, this home has you covered.It felt like a private resort—we truly didn’t need to leave the house to have a great time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-managed place to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Most amazing place we have ever stayed

We can for the second half if a family vacation. The house is absolutely beautiful and the layout if excellent. Plenty of space so our large group felt very comfortable. The patio was a dream. Manatee sightings every day. The beach is an easy walk across the street. My family went twice a day. The waves at the beach were amazing for body boarding and surfing. Brittany was a great communicator. The house itself has everything you could possibly need. If I could give extra stars, I would.

Cocoa Beach home

We rented this house on short notice as a stop in to rest while on a trip to Keywest . The host was amazing she responded quickly and helped me get booked right away. The house was very clean and is perfect for a large family and is on the water with a perfect view. We will definitely consider another vacation to stay in her home again.
