Comfy big beach house a half-block from the beach - great for family gatherings. Close to the Cocoa Beach Pier & Ron Jon Surf Shop. Close to restaurants like the Sandbar with their world-famous fish tacos, Starbucks, and shopping.

Swim, dine, and relax. Large propane gas grill with seven burners. Lots of lounge chairs for sitting and sunning yourself by the pool. There is a covered back patio by the pool to relax in.

Tons of living space for big families to spread out in: 5 bedrooms, two living rooms with fold-out sofas, 3 showers, two kitchens, a formal dining area, and three TV/sitting areas.

Heated pool with a built-in hot tub and covered patio by the pool w/dining tables and a big gas grill. Have comfortable, relaxed days and evenings out by the pool where the kids will swim for hours. Stocked with beach towels and all the supplies you will need in the house. Relax - this vacation is set up for you and your family!

Several grocery stores (Publix, WalMart) are nearby. A convenient welcome binder has tons of helpful and interesting info on restaurants, shopping, and activities (sport fishing, surf lessons, nature viewing, kayaking, dolphin tours, etc.) for your family to enjoy.

Richard was an outstanding host. Responded within minutes to every one of my silly questions.House was perfect for our large group and the attention to details did not go unnoticed! Enough glasses, cutlery, seating, indoors and out. Coldest Florida weather in 20 years and Richard reached out to see if we needed more blankets. I replied back with photos of us crazy Canucks in the pool and hot tub. We were fine! Another bonus was that we were able to wash and dry our wet bathing suits before packing again.I have nothing negative to report, as I know any suggestions we made,Richard immediately implemented.Perfect stay, where we all gathered prior to boarding our cruise!Thank you Richard, see chat next cruise!

Great Stay in Cocoa

We had such a nice visit in Cocoa Beach with our extended family. Two sides of the same house separated by the laundry room was perfect, we were able to put the kids to sleep and the adults could hang out together without waking them. Big pool and a lovely yard, and a short walk to the beach. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Hope to visit again. Thanks!

Had a fun time

Overall the experience was pleasant. As with any house things happen, but Richard was an excellent host and kept in contact even into the evening. There was 10 of us and we had plenty of room. Dual kitchen came in handy. Outdoor furniture was nice. Shed had tons of beach stuff.

Best way to relax in the sunshine

Our family enjoyed staying here! There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the pool and hot tub or just relax outside. The two kitchens made it nice to not have to make multiple grocery runs.

This was a perfect house in the perfect location in Cocoa Beach. It was so nice having our own pool in the backyard and still close access to the beach. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for all of us.

I had my husband and I with my 3 grown children and grandkids. Family

My wife and I were able to enjoy a wonderful time with 3 of our adult children, one daughter in law and 6 of our grandchildren. Everything was beautiful and very clean. Although the weather was a little cooler, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Most of the family walked to the beach to enjoy the view! We checked out to leave on the Singing at Sea gospel cruise! We look forward to staying here again in the future!we highly recommend Tiki Blue Two!

Wonderful experience

The moment my wife and I walked in to this house we knew we were going to have a fantastic stay. It smelled fresh and clean with fancy towels and beach and tiki-themed decor. The kitchen was gorgeous with tile and granite. The best part was the pool area with seating and pool chairs where the kids spent hours and hours horsing around. Big house with pool by ocean and restaurants

A big group of my friends and I chose this house for a short get-away. We had a relaxing time. Everything is nearby. It was great to walk over to the ocean. We swam in the pool, which was kept really warm. The hot tub was fun to soak in. We will be back!

Walk to beach/Lounge at the pool

Perfect house for a big family gathering. We lounged by the pool, used the propane grill and had dinner outside. Everyone used the hot tub in the evening. Its a really short walk to the beach and convenience like 7 - 11, Starbucks and some relaxed restaurants. It was a great vacation get-away.
