The Space:

Welcome to The Juni - a one-story complex with a total of 7 units that have undergone recent renovations. Embrace the laid-back coastal vibes at The Juni, where each condo reflects the spirit of renowned local surf spots. The recently renovated complex boasts a unique design, combining modern comforts with beach-inspired aesthetics. Choose the perfect unit for your stay - from the intimate studios to the well-appointed 1BR/BA unit or the spacious 2BD/1BA retreat. No matter which option you choose, comfort and style are guaranteed.

The property features a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom unit, a cozy 1-bedroom/1-bathroom unit, and 5 comfortable studios available.



Expect spacious and well-appointed interiors, complete with modern amenities to ensure your stay is convenient and comfortable. Enjoy the bright and sunny kitchenettes, all equipped with fridge, microwave and Keurig, cozy living areas, and clean, stylish bathrooms. The airy and light-filled spaces reflect the laid-back surf culture of Cocoa Beach.



Unit 1, The Spanish House is 2BR/1BA condo with a full kitchen. A spacious living area and large dining table provides enough room for the whole family. This unit features a large sectional sofa, a comfy king size bed in bedroom 1 and two plush queen beds in bedroom 2, plus a tri fold mattress for use in the living area.



Unit 2, Shark Pit, is a well designed studio condo with comfy king size bed, dining table, and updated kitchenette that features a fridge, microwave, Keuirg plus plenty of counter space for prepping a tasty bite to eat.



Unit 3, RC's, and Unit 4, Playalinda, are both studio condos that feature two plush queen size beds, cozy living area, dining table and sunny kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig.



Unit 5, Tables and Unit 6, 2nd light are spacious studio condos that feature a luxurious king size bed, and a tri fold mattress. The living area, kitchenette and bathroom are all updated, calm, and cozy. The bright and cheery updated kitchenettes each feature refrigerator, microwave and Keurig and plenty of space to whip up a tasty meal.



Unit 7, The Streets, is a 1BR/1BA condo with a large living area, beautifully updated kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and Keurig and table for 4. Rest soundly in the bedroom on the amazing king size bed. There is also a trifold available for the living area.



At The Juni you will find the perfect space for each member of your group. Enjoy a dip in the sparkling pool and use the outdoor grills to whip up dinner for the whole crew after an excellent day on the beach. Hang out under the stars and have some fun playing one of our many yard games Everyone will enjoy being together during their their stay at The Juni in Cocoa Beach.



Guest Access:

The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned for each unit.

Getting Around:

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
