The Oasis House is just a short 300-foot walk to the beach, offering the perfect setting for a family vacation or romantic getaway. This inviting, family-friendly home features a tropical saltwater pool and jacuzzi, along with a spacious private outdoor area complete with a tiki-covered dining space, comfortable lounge seating, and beach essentials ready for your use. Enjoy an easy stroll to the shore for stunning sunrise views.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully updated with all-new furnishings, smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals of any size.

*The Space*
This cozy mid-century modern home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. All beds, linens, and furnishings are brand new for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes coffee and tea to start your day.

The private outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, gas grill, and heated outdoor shower. For families, we provide a pack-n-play, high chair, and kid-friendly dining ware. Entertainment options include ping pong and darts.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of an unexpected cancellation.

Our two-week stay at the Oasis House was wonderful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were quite comfortable. The proximity to the beach and the great outdoor space (pool & hot tub) allowed us to enjoy the Florida sunshine every day. The hosts were extremely responsive and immediately took care of the two issues we noticed upon checking in, which was a pleasant surprise, since it was a holiday week. The Oasis House the perfect spot for us to enjoy our vacation. We look forward to staying there again.

AMAZING

Just the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Literally a 2-3 minute walk and you’re relaxing on the beach but also has the added bonus of the pool and hot tub on the property that we also used each day. House was great and host was attentive and quickly responded to any questions.

Private Oasis by the Ocean

Incredible home with a backyard oasis. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beautiful clean home near the ocean. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Spent two months in paradise. Highly recommend this great home with a wonderful responsive owner!!!

The house was perfect and at a great location. Tomas was a wonderful host. They have thought of everything from the linens to the beach gear, game tables and furnishings and more. It truly is an Oasis.

Great Location

An amazing location as the beach is less than a minute walk! We could come back for meals I’m between, and then have a night swim in the pool and hot tub! Hosts were great with communication when we needed questions answered. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful stay! This was a great place for our family of 5. Plenty of space, very clean, fully stocked, comfortable beds. We loved the pool, spent most of our time outside. Short walk to the beach, easy with toddlers. We appreciated all the beach gear available! Thank you again!

It was truly in oasis!

Our stay was truly enjoyable! This home is well appointed, very clean and the owner was exceptional, very attentive to our questions and any needs. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach, this is definitely the place to stay! It is so close to the beach and the pool is absolutely fantastic! The beds were extremely comfortable! When you arrive, you really feel as if there's no need to leave! Thank you to Tomas, the owner, and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Great Space for Friends

The property is very well suited for a group of friends that want to spend time in a warmer place. The house provides great accommodation for six adults and plenty of socializing space out on the pool deck. Super easy access to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach accessories. Had a great time and look forward to scheduling a return trip!

Amazing pool!

We loved the pool and outdoor area!! Great place to hang out! The beach was a short walk and all around the house was a short drive from Publix, ice vream, mini-golf, ect. The host was easy to get ahold of and responded promptly. :)

Everything we needed

This was a family Spring Break trip. House had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 5. Very short walk to the nearly empty beach. Backyard with pool, hottub, and plenty of seating were amazing. House was far enough away from main Spring Break crowds, but close enough to run into town for dinner.

Great Backyard

We had a great time in the backyard. Could have been better lightning in the back especially when driving up for the first time at night. We had an issue with the Hotub but the owner Thomas came and fixed it within a half hour. Great stay.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay here. The property owner was incredibly communicative with us when we had a few hiccups. The property had some maintenance and the crew didn’t clean up in between so it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected in the kitchen & dining areas. Otherwise it was fabulous. The location was super private and the pool/hot tub were fantastic!

Wonderful family house

Great for our family vacation: us, my parents and our two boys (5,7). We all loved the pool and hot tub - the boys were barely out of it all week. Location was great, easy quick walk over to the quiet stretch of beach. Short drive to restaurants and shops, or a nice walk if you're not with small children. Hosts we're great, very responsive and awesome recommendation for deep sea fishing. The men caught us a few nights of dinner and had a great time House had everything you might need!

Simply amazing!

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 boys ages 21, 14, 6 and 3 and there was something for everyone! Older guys loved the ping pong and darts younger boys couldn’t get enough of the beautiful pool and pool toys. Property is loaded with just about everything making our stay super convenient. Hosts were super accommodating to our request for an early check in after arriving early from a cruise and super responsive. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!!!!!

Perfect House.

One of my favorite houses we have stayed in. The location to the beach is a 2 minute walk. The owners were great to work with. The check in and check out process was great. The pool and hot-tub were hits with my kids. We were also able to see the spaceX launch from the backyard and even better on the beach. The house is well equipped with all your essentials and the grocery store is 2 miles away. We will absolutely be back.

Great location!

We had a great week at this property. The kids loved the pool and ping-pong table! All appliances worked great, TV was easy to operate (only 2 remotes, ha!), and the location was perfect. It was a busy time with spring breakers in Cocoa Beach during our stay, however we hardly noticed with this location! We had no issues parking close to the downtown area if we wanted to explore with the crowds. We even saw two rockets launch from the beach by the house! Only complaint, which I completely understand is subjective, the beds & pillows could use an upgrade. We took turns sleeping on the couch as it was more comfortable. However, again, this is just our preference. Everything else was top notch!

Beautiful home, amazing location

Wonderful stay! This cozy bungalow is updated with stylish decor, new mattresses and linens, and an overall fresh and modern aesthetic - one of the best rentals we've ever visited. Everything feels comfortable and new. The property owner is very professional and responsive. The pool and hot tub are fantastic! Cocoa Beach is a busy town, but this property feels private and secluded. It is a 3 minute walk to a beautiful area of the beach that was almost totally empty when we visited in February. So relaxing. We have two kids (age 4 and 7) and this was the perfect place to stay. We bought life jackets so they could play by the pool all week without concern. (I also noticed they had a high chair and Packn'Play available for younger visitors.) Great location, especially for families! We saw a rocket launch from the beach, and also did day trips to Disney and Kennedy Space Center. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you for a great vacation.
