“There were no in-room amenities beyond tea, coffee, and a kettle. As competitive bodybuilders, a microwave is essential, and I should have checked beforehand. Underground parking was full, so we parked in the outdoor lot, which had poor lighting in the rain, and mud tracked into the room on arrival. The air conditioning needs servicing—the filter was filthy, making it inefficient. The pillows were hard like straw, and the mattress lacked a topper.

“Nice place to stay. There is no staff on site so if you have questions or problems you may not get a prompt response. The pool is so cold, us Canadians would not even swim in it. ”
