“It's a very inexpensive VRBO for the size. You're upstairs in an old home, so there are people below you. It's a very odd layout, as the bathroom is way in the back. The floors are not level (old home), and the kitchen is appropriately but sparsely furnished. Most importantly, everything is very clean!! The floors, carpet, furnishings, etc are new-ish. “It was a great experience. Location is amazing, property is great wonderful, great “glamping” for us non campers! Kids loved it, mom loved it, and breakfast was 10/10! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. ”

“Wagon was much bigger than we thought. Everything was very neat and clean and we had a great time making S'mores! Highly recommended! Fires by the fire pit were amazing! Very peaceful getaway and many "dog friendly" places in the area. The town of Penn Yan was a treat too. Communications with the host were a breeze. Enjoy! ”
