“We stayed at this hotel for two nights while driving from Canada with our family. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because Expedia advertised that it offered accessible bathrooms. My daughter has both physical and intellectual disabilities and uses a wheelchair, so having an accessible washroom was essential for our stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived after a 9-hour drive, we were informed that the hotel does not have accessible rooms. I was told they had attempted to contact...

“Great location, great hotel - seriously overpriced breakfast. We stayed in a Hilton property the night before and the breakfast was free (made to order omelettes!) and stayed in another Hilton property the night following with free breakfast - and all of the buffets had the same offerings. Not sure why this one wasn't free - since it was the same exact food offerings or less than the other two. Just something to be aware of...”

“Accessible shower flooded the bathroom. No staff on hand to clean up.”

“Not my favorite stay this time. The room was next to an entry leading to loud slamming doors, dogs barking, and hearing every one depart. Upstairs noise was heard loud and clear in our room below. Shower are needed. Vestibule trash needed to be changed after three days of heat and humidity. Nasty stuff thrown out. This place has a great opportunity to draw from a larger population. It fills up and is reasonably priced. Will stay again, just a terrible misfortune of the assigned room.”
