“We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Matisa!! The house was a perfect place for me and my friends while we were visiting Lake Como. The house was spacious, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, decorated beautifully, had amazing views of the lake and the outside patio and gardens were perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Short walk down to the small town where we could eat dinner, shop or catch the ferry. Only downside is it's a difficult walk back...

“We had a magical 3 day stay at The Greenhouse Luxury Villa. The property and house exceeded the description and photos. The grounds of the villa were an enchanting place to explore. The Greenhouse had ample room for all 8 guests and the interior decor was as beautiful as it was comfortable. What made our experience beyond anything I've encountered was that the host made us feel like we were family. She shared the history of the property and helped us find the best options to explore Lake...

“The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is.”

“The property was good and we enjoyed our stay. The address provided was incorrect, it is number 29 rather than 9 so that caused some confusion when we arrived. It is also uphill from the town so would recommend a car or a taxi. There were no Ubers available in Menaggio. The view from the property is beautiful and the house worked well for us.”

“Lorella has a beautiful home and is a beautiful host. We felt welcomed and cared for - the home was kid friendly, we loved the playroom, she had all the amenities we needed for cooking, and the rooms were comfortable. I LOVED that she provided a drip coffee maker and coffee + milk to help us get through until we learned our way an around. The location is a short drive into Bellagio. We did walk once but would not recommend due to the uphill climb back and requirement to walk on busy roads...

“We had a great time. The house was charming and very comfortable. It is convenient to restaurants coffee shops and the grocery store are all within walking distant. The house was spacious and very nice. Typical European layout. I would definitely stay here again. Como is so beautiful. Blows Hawaii away. Sorry Kapalua, Maui you are now #2 in my heart. Although Sansei Restaurant in Maui is the best restaurant in the world hands down.”

“The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! ”
