“I stayed from 5/2 to 5/9. I stayed in room #312 from 5/2 until 5/7, room #322 from 5/7 to 5/8, and room #420 from 5/8 to 5/9. My daughter plays tennis and I check out of the hotel when she plays and if she wins, then I check in back into the hotel whereas if she loses, we head back home. That's why I stayed in 3 different rooms. On 5/9 early pm, the hotel emailed me about a $950 incidental charge due to TV and carpet damages in room #312. “Staff is very accommodating which made our experience better than expected. Breakfast was fresh and there were hot items to choose from as well. The hotel appears recently updated as well as our room. The room was very comfortable for our 2 night stay. ”

“When making reservations I always compare prices. If the hotel site is the least expensive I use it. Otherwise, I prefer Expedia because you accumulate credit AND you are able to cancel up until 24 hours in advance of your stay. Frequently hotels charge extra to reserve a cancellable room. This hotel is very nice BUT they let us know at check-in that they were not happy that we used Expedia to make a reservation. I felt like a child being scolded for doing something bad. It was embarrassing!”

“Constructive feedback: The communication was poor prior to our stay, but when we reached out needing basic essentials like TP and trash bags the 1st full day there, we got a timely response.
