“I was very disappointed with the condition of my room during my recent stay at Hampton Inn. Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality.
The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. In addition, the sink faucet was loose and unstable, making it difficult to use and giving the impression that routine maintenance is being overlooked.

“Room bathroom door would not close due to top hinge screws loose. Talked to front desk and got a Phillips head screw driver but door wood was stripped and would not tighten. Asked for a different room but they had no more king rooms. I told front desk we would deal with bath door issue. Shower head in bath was lower than 5 feet and had to stoop to wash hair.”
