“The first room that they assigned me had bugs in the bed. After attempting several room changes that were located either next to the first room with bugs in the bed, or just below it, they assigned me a very clean room at the opposite end of the hotel. I have pictures of these bugs. After the room change, the room that I stayed in was very clean. The breakfast was nice and hot and had several choices.”

“Wonderful location, but the hotel is in poor repair. We stayed there 5 years ago and loved it. This time we had stains on the upholstered chairs, threadbare carpet and worn paint on bathroom vanity. We stayed three days and did not have housekeeping services. We told the front desk that we put our trash and wet towels outside the door, but they were still there in the morning.”
