Hotel a College Place

“Nothing special about this hotel. Clean and staff helpful. Property needs updated for sure. Continental breakfast was nothing special. Actually wasn't much and not the best selection.”

“It’s a great value and I’ve stayed here before. Unfortunetely there is no sound deadening between rooms so you can hear everything!”

“The person at the desk was super nice and so I almost don’t want to say anything bad. I picked the place because of the pool and hot tub, but when we got there they were out of order, I showered at night and the water took a long time to sort of warm up to slightly warm. My husband wanted to shave in the am and again the water never got warm enough to shave. Breakfast server was again, very nice and very hard working.”

“The Hampton Inn was conveniently located. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful.”

“So, there was marshmallow or something on the remote. The phone was filthy. The shampoo was empty, lotion also empty. There was a broken lamp shade, and onlt 1 light was working. The shower door does not close, the robe hanger in the bathroom out of wall. Toilet paper holder broken. Carpet and couch looks like a cat clawed it and cuties filthy. I did get a partial refund.”

“Room was clean, updated, and generally quiet. Staff had great restaurant recommendations and the evening cookies in the lobby shouldn’t be missed. Location was great very walkable to restaurants, shopping and Safeway. A couple notes regarding our second floor room (3 floor bldg): 1) Shortest toilet we have seen outside a daycare center (a squatty potty?) 2) One of the tallest, unadjustable shower heads we have seen 3) Breakfast buffet was disappointing and omelettes okay but very slow. Coffee...

“We could even stay there, it was terribly dirty and somewhat frightening!”

“Unfortunately I would probably not stay here in the future for the following housekeeping issues; a lot of “pink” tile grout in the shower indicating it needed deeper cleaning. Toilet had a ring in the bowl indicating it needed extra attention. Lastly a pet stain on the carpet in the middle of the room that I cleaned myself and it disappeared. This was disgusting.”

“Everything was real good and I'd stay here again...however 2 things could be improved upon....1st: since there was no housekeeping in between the 2 nights we stayed ( I could have requested but didn't...I try to re- use) it would be nice if a few more paper cups were available in the room for morning coffee from the in room keruig ( we re - used 1 cup...shared for our second day ...not the end of the world but prefer a clean cup) and #2 it would be nice to have lotion available in the large...
