Cottage a College Station

“We spent the July 4th weekend at this charming place. It was exceptionally clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. You won’t need to take anything except your food and drinks. The front porch is delightful for drinking your morning coffee. It reminded us of my wife’s grandmother’s front porch. Our dog loved exploring the front yard which is completely fenced. The host was great at communicating with us. A great place to escape for some quiet time or Chapell Hill’s July 4th parade.”

“Adorable house, well appointed. We loved it! The only downside was the very close proximity to very active train line that ran all day and night. The hosts were kind enough to supply a couple of white noise machines that did help some.”

“We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Diamond Oaks Ranch as there were no vacancy at the ranch. It was about 15 minutes away, which wasn’t bad. We had a minor miscommunication for our reservation due to Vrbo not notifying the host, but when I reached out, the host was immediately responsive and resolved the situation. “The property and accommodations are amazing. Excellent restaurants in nearby Montgomery. So peaceful and a perfect place to unwind from a busy workweek.”

“Beautifully finished cottage just a few minutes from the town of Round Top. It was easy to text with the property manager to get everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable and just as listed. Would recommend to anyone.”

“We rented The Cottage for two nights. The owners are friendly and everything was perfectly clean. They even had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and bottled water waiting for us. My issue is mostly that I selected this location because of the whirlpool tub. The listing hadn’t been updated since the tub was replaced with a shower. I wouldn’t have been willing to pay more for that rental if I hadn’t thought I could soak my sore muscles in a tub after a long day. Also, the checkout...

“Sweet little cottage close to small town Buffalo, Texas. Property was tastefully decorated and immaculate. Everything you could possibly need in a home away from home. Host, Kathleen, was very easy to reach and responded quickly. ”

“This cottage was perfect for our Round Top trip. Great location, charming space, and very comfortable. The host was wonderful and everything was easy. We will definitely be back!”

“Absolutely lovely stay. Beautiful & comfortable all around. ”
